- The price of £950 will apply to most average home kitchens,
although we can't absolutely guarantee this in every circumstance we
do strive to meet our offer.
- A confirmed quote will be issued prior to work commencing so you
know the £950 offer applies to you.
- Offer includes removal of your old kitchen but not the disposal.
Winchester and Andover council offer a domestic home waste disposal
service which rarely exceeds £50.
- The offer does not include large additional materials. For
example it would not include copper pipe, pipe fittings,
plaster board and large lengths of wood. But small materials,
screws, brackets, glues, fillers etc are included. Additional
materials rarely exceed £100.
- The offer applies to Andover, North Winchester and the
surrounding villages.
- Full kitchen is fitted functional and with water.
- Fitment is only applicable to chipboard worktops. Corian and
Granite requires specialist cutting.
- Plumbing changes are included. This means re-routing of pipes is
included within the room. If additional waste pipes are
passed through the wall and there is no drain on the out side that
is where the offer stops. Try to keep plumbing and appliances in
a similar location. Building new drains and the materials can get
expensive!
- Radiator position changes are not included.
- One new ventilator hole will be bored if needed.
- We can refit electrical appliances with the same power output.
If higher power appliances are necessary this may require a
professional electrician and an upgraded circuit.
- Electrical circuits for practicality need to go in before the
kitchen fit. To avoid the problem of awkward scheduling and
rescheduling of an electrician 'Dead circuits' will be put in place.
This means sockets, switches and wires, will all be put in place
prior to the fit. They will then have to be connected up and
certified by a professional electrician.
- Electricians are not included.
- Gas capping and refitting or any gas work is not included.
- Tiling is not included
- Flooring is not included
- Transportation of kitchen is not included
- The offer will remain for 2010 but is subject to availability
